Operation Werewolf is a Melbourne Based, 3 game, 1200 point Konflikt ‘47 tournament/event brought to you by the same warped minds that delivered many of Melbourne’s past successful Bolt Action events and the LRDG Podcast.
Operation Werewolf will be held at The Games Laboratory in
Melbourne’s CBD on Saturday, November 12th.
The event starts promptly at 10AM. Please note the venue opens around
that time for those looking to get there early.

Army Lists:
Although we are not restricting any unit types or weapons,
we do ask that you consider the fun of your opponent when creating a force for
this event. Operation Werewolf is a celebration of the release of this new set
of rules and new unit types to the Bolt Action family. It is definitely not a
“win-at-all-costs” event. Submitted army lists that the TO and composition
panel deem to be possibly at odds with this philosophy will be met with
resubmission requests.
Armies for this event should be no larger than 1200 points.
Forces must be made up using the generic reinforced platoon
described on page 126 of the Konflikt ’47 rulebook. Theatre Selectors will not
be used at this event.
Lists may be chosen from any of the four army lists included
in the Konflikt ’47 rulebook or from any of the “Armies of…” Bolt Action series.
That said, please keep in mind that forces should have a late war feel to
reflect the K’47 universe. Please contact the TO if this is a problem or if you
have questions about this of any kind.
Operation Werewolf will not be allowing the use of armoured
platoons.
Armies may combine units from the “Armies of” series, Bolt
Action Theatre Books, and the Konflikt ’47 rulebook but units must be taken
from matching nations. For example, all units in a German army must be from
German lists.
Also please note that if you are playing a Bolt Action army
not represented in the Konflikt ’47 rulebook (the Japanese army for example),
you may choose one selection from a friendly army list in the Konflikt ’47
book. For example, a Japanese army could
include a unit of Totenkorps from the German army list. If you are not sure
about who is allied with who in this universe, please contact the TO. The list
is too long to publish here.
Players may add Warplanes to their forces instead of air
observers.
Please note: THIS EVENT WILL BE USING THE BOLTACTION.NET FORMAT
RULES (Season 3). For more details please look here.
Games:
Operation Werewolf is a three game Swiss style event. Each round will last 2 hours and ten
minutes. In Round 1 players will be
chosen at random. You may request to “grudge” a particular opponent in round 1
if you wish.
We will be using 3 Boltaction.net missions. Please check the
Bolaction.net mission pack for more information. You can find it HERE.
