I would like to thank everyone for making WWPD4Vets a resounding success! You guys supported the event with enthusiasm, and I cannot thank you all enough.
$3,263.34 for the Wounded Warrior Project! PLUS the Auctions, which were over $300!
£167.00 for Help for Heroes!
No numbers for the RSA, but I am sure it was grand!
US EAST COAST: I would like to thank Chuck from the Game Vault in Fredricksburg, Virginia, for getting up early even though he was sick. Eric Lauterbach and John Desch for general awesomeness.Glenn Goddard for his coin -- it is a great honor. Chris Hecht for getting the video going flawlessly. Aaron and Maurice for sticking with us the whole day, and the WWPD Crew for knocking it out!
The Huzzah Hobbies crew of joe Moore and Scott Simoneau who raised over $200 with the SAGA tournament. Genius idea offering $1 re-rolls!
New Zealand: Mike, Wayne, James and the rest of the Battlefront crew for supporting us and posting some awesome updates on Twitter! See their gaming on the Battlefront Page! Also check out Mike's Blog.
US WEST COAST: Eric Riha and the Best Coast crew. These guys provided the most hilarious view from their game feed -- room cleared, some guy passed out on the couch!
Frozen Waste: Craig Baxter for gaming up there in the tundra!
WWPD South: Jeff Flint (Sonbae) for some great updates and pictures.
UK: Mike Wood (Ambler) Great pics on Twitter! He even rubbed elbows with the 40K crowd!
